What I do

As a personal coach I understand the difference between what you want and what you need. I identify any underlying issues that prevent you from achieving your goals, and together we will solve those problems.

There are exercise patterns and programs that are scientifically and specifically designed for people over 50. There are no exercises we shouldn’t be able to do, there are minor variations for people over 50 for all the exercises you see in the gym. It is how we link the exercises together, the tempo, range of motion and approach that makes training specific for the older adults.


Using the pillars of training; Strength, Stability and Mobility, we can all achieve a level of fitness we deserve. I offer a different approach to exercise, movement, and flow (that’s right – flow) which rewires your body and improves your quality of life.


Complex training for older adults is vital, exercise science calls the synergistic effect of threading movements together to produce a sum total impact greater than if you performed the identical exercises for the same number of repetitions but independently – the “complex training effect.”
