Hi, I’m Rohan.
I specialise in Proper Strength Training for the older adult and those recovering from injury.
All of us at times live in pain. As a specialist coach I train people to alleviate their pains, and to develop correct technique for life long fitness.
As a specialist coach I focus on three core elements Strength, Stability and Mobility
As a personal coach I understands the difference between what you want and what you need. I identify any underlying issues that prevent you from achieving your goals, and together we will solve those problems.
